PENALTY FOR OPINION. WINNIPEG, April 21. Discharged because he issued an interview endorsing mercy killings, Dr. Omer Hague was awarded three months’ salary as damages against the St. Boniface Catholic Hospital. The Supreme Court ruled that a professional man has the right to express himself on scientific facts.
