THE PEACE TALKS.
ITALY TO PARTICIPATE. ' ROME, April 12. While it is alleged that Mr Eden is trying to rob Italy of the fruits of victory it is understood, tha.t Italy will be represented at the peace talks, possibly on April 14, but she will prefer direct negotiations \yith Abyssinia. It is understood that Italy will not participate in the Locarno Powers' military conversations.
