PERSONAL.
Mr C. D. Fraser,, of Palmerston .North, is attending the Petone Football Club’s jubilee at Wellington. Mr A. H. Cockayne is to act as Director of Agriculture pending the appointment of a successor to Dr. C. J. Iteakes, who has resigned. Rev. H. T. Peat and Mrs Peat, formerly of Palmerston North and latterly of Hamilton, are the guests of Mr D. Collis, Kairanga, on their way to Petone, where Mr Peat will be inducted this week. Mr Peat conducted both services at the Cuba Street Methodist Church yesterday.
