BRIGHTER OUTLOOK. Mr M. Liebman, of Sydney member of a firm of fur shippers and dealers, returned recently after having spent four months in America. The United States, he said, was coming through tile business crisis successfully.. This was more noticeable since the abolition of the National Recovery Administration, the abolition of whicli had given a freer hand to many business enterprises. There was evident a certain cautiousness because of the . coming election. Although there was a possibility that President Roosevelt would again be elected, it was not likely that he would be returned with the same big majority as oh the last occasion. . ' The middle-class voters thought highly of President Roosevelt, but the wealthy corporations whicli had suffered by bis attempts at business regulations were disposed to be critical.
