ITALY’S REASSURANCE. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 6, 1.10 p.m. RUGBY, April 4. Signor Grandi ■informed Sir Robert Vansittart at the Foreign Office that the Italian Government wishes to reaffirm its previous assurance that the rights of Great Britain in regard to the Lake Tsana district as secured by the existing treaties would be scrupulously observed.
