RESPONSIBILITY OF CABINET. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 18. The English Commission’s report on the British Broadcasting Corporation was the subject of interesting comment hy Hon. M. J. Savage when Ins attention was called to the recommendation that the Government should have an increased influence in framing radio policy . . .. “This,” declared the Prime Minister, “is what we have long been advocating here.
