GARRISON BAND.
The Garrison Band presented a programme of music from the Square rotunda on Sunday night. Although the weather was oil the cold side there was a generous attendance of music lovers, anil the hand, under Lieutenant C. Pike, gave an excellent variety of items, as follow:—Alarch, “Le Alnjeur” (AT. Hitchen); hymn, “Sun of My Soul” (Percy Code); fantasia, “Echoes of Spring” (Greenwood) ; voluntary, “Andante in G” (Batiste) ; fantasia, “Hibernian Alelodies” (Greenwood); cornet solo. “In an Old-fashioned Town” (Squire). Bandsman B. Register; selection. “Fcstivalia” (Waßon) ; march, “The Warrior's Return” (Geo. Hart); hymn. “Silent Might” -(Percy Code); “The King.”
