NICOL-REEVE CONTEST. The professional boxing contest between Harold Reeve (Pahiatua) and Ray N iff - (Invercargill) for the hglit-.hcavywcigh.t championship of Now Zealand; which as to take place at Pahiatua to-morrow (Friday) evening, is arousing keen interest in fistic circles, the bookings .being far and away the heaviest in the history of the Pahiatua Boxing Club. Both men are reported to bo in the pink of condition, a.vi both confident, and a grim and determined struggle for supremacy is anticipated. There wi.ll be six stirring amateur preliminaries including two star bouts; Billy Witliey (Wellington) and Maurice Spring (Pahiatua), six 2-minute rounds; and Henry Stock (Auckland) and Joe Collins (Mariawatu bantam champion). Mr L. Poupard, Glen Oroua, will be the referee.
