THE ART OF POWDERING
Vanishing cream should first be spread well over the face, smoothly, with both hands, and any remainder wiped off with a soft towel before the powder is applied. Then the powder should be coated over the lace with a large soft powder-puff and blended in with the tips of the fingers until an even effect is obtained- The secret of successful powdering is the application of powder all over the face and then the blending and removal of any superfluous powder.
