A HANDY WOOL WINDER.
To make a simple and effective wool winder take a smooth board and bore several boles along the centre, lengthwise. Next take two wooden pegs (clothes pegs serve the purpose) and insert them in the boles, the required distance apart to take your skein of wool. If tlie board is to hang on the wall, it is advisable to slope tlie boles so that the pegs will slant a little to avoid the wool slipping off. Add picture rings or screws to the top of tlie hoard to hang it up by.
It’s so easy to keep your lingerie new . . use FAIRY DYES. Economical, too, 6d a tube.—Advt.
