MINISTER’S VISIT
HON. W. LEE MARTIN. ' MASSEY COLLEGE INSPECTED. The Minister of Agriculture (Hon. W. Lee Martin) arrived in Palmerston North shortly before noon yesterday and spent several hours in an inspection of the Massey Agricultural College and farm. He was accompanied from Wellington by Professor T. A. Hunter (acting-chairman of the College Council), and Mr A. H. Cockayne (assistant Director-General of Agriculture). The Minister was met, on arrival at the college, by Professor G. S. Peren (principal), and Messrs L. H. Collinson and O- Monrad (members of the council). Mr J. Hodgens, M.P., accomE anied Mr Martin, who was making is first inspection of the institution.
