FRENCH ’PLANE LOST. Received January 23. 11.15 a.m. PARIS, Jan. 22. Hope has been abandoned for the ■rescue of a Marseilles-Tunis seaplane which was forced down thirty miles from Ajaccio, in rough seas with three of a crow and three passengers.
