THE FRENCH CABINET.

MORE RESIGNATIONS LIKELY. (Times Cables.) LONDON, Jan. 19. The Paris correspondent of the Times says that the Laval Ministery as at present composed was doomed when a crowded meeting of the Radical Socialist executive passed a resolution demanding the re-establishment of party discipline and condemning the Government’s foreign policy. This is tantamount to summoning six Radical Ministers, in addition to M. Herriot, to resign from the Cabinet. M. Herriot, however, warned the party against precipitating a crisis. Accordingly it is expected that the resignations will be postponed until M. Laval returns from Geneva in the middle of the week.
