NOTES.

Special addresses were given yesterday at the Feilding Baptist Church when the 31st anniversary of the church was observed. Rev. H. W. Page, took the morning service and Rev. J. H. Allen officiated in the evening. Special music was sung at each service at which the congregations were large. Rev. H. W. Page gave an address on temperance at the monthly meeting of the Feilding Band of Hope. Items were contributed by Keith Cocker, Dulcie Thomas, Buriie Thomas, and Lester Harford. The sale of flowers held by the children of Manchester Street School on Friday resulted in the raising of £lO, which will be devoted towards the purchase of a radio sot for the school.
