' y fa w IJ ELLINGTON) S ept, 26 A House weary of the financial dobate, with its dreary reiterations ol graduated prices, banking, and cuirency talk, was galvanised into life and laughter this afternoon. Mr J. A. Lee (Labour, Grey Lynn) produced two newspaper billboard placards heinlding the advent oi the Coa ltioii Government and the formation of the National Party. The first poster .announced “Coalition Government —Reform and United”—“Avondale Acceptances ” When the merriment had subtided, Mr Lee said that the last announcement on the board had nothing to do with a racecourse. When the two parties had made an election arrangement the newspaper contents board read:—“Political Fed-eration”—“Week-End Accidents.
