GAOL FOR YEAR.
SENTENCE AT DUNEDIN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Sept. 27. In the Police Court to-day Harry Walter Reid, charged with issuing valueless cheques, was sentenced to twelve months in gaol. Accused was discharged from the Invercargill gapl in July of last year and started business in Dunedin as a boot repairer, later opening an account with tne banks and issuing cheques.
