BLAZING AFTER 24 HOURS. (British Official Wireless.) Received .September 27,' 12.15 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 26. Twenty-four hours after the outbreak of fire at the colonial wharf, Wapping, the firemen were still at work seeking to subdue the flames which, though under control, continue to burn fiercely through the lower floors with occasional explosions. River floats continue at the back ot the burning building and firemen are perched precariously on cranes on the adjacent wharfs. _____
