FOOD RATIONING.
ABOLITION IN RUSSIA. MOSCOW, Sept. 26. The virtual abolition of the entire system of ratioping foodstuffs throughout Russia is announced in a decree signed by hi. Stalin and M. Molotov. The decree will permit unrestricted retail sales in meat, fish, sugar, fats and potatoes at prices fixed by the State. It also orders a reduction in the price of bread, rationing of which was abolished on January 1.
