CONTROL OF EXPORTS. (British Official AVireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 24. The International Rubber Regulation Committee, meeting in London to-day, fixed the percentage of the basic quota as the permissible exportable amount •at 60 for October, November, and December, thus modifying their decision in March fixing tlie percentage at iU for the rest of the year.
