STUPIDITY NOT CRIMINAL.

DECLARATION IN COURT. Received September 26, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 24. In the adjourned charge of passing worthless cheques against Lady Esther Makgill, aged 30, accused was acquitted.
