UNIQUE DEMONSTRATION. LONDON, Sept. 24. Declaring that the police drunkenness test was too easy, a Buckinghamshire stockbroker stood on Ins head and drank a cup of water. The Bench, .satisfied that this act was proof of soU-iety, dismissed a charge of driving while drunk.
