FROSTS TAKE TOLL.
OF CENTRAL OTAGO FRUIT. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Sent. 25. Persistent frosts occurring during tire past few weeks here have seriously affected fruit crops in parts of Central Otago and the yield will be lighter than foi several seasons. Early apricots have suffered. Most apple crops are also expected to be lighter than usual as a result of the very cold weather.
