MISSING GIRL.
RETURNS TO HOME. ABSENT SINCE JULY. Per Press Association. OHAKUNE, Sept. 25. Phyllis Davey, the voung girl who has been missing since July 17 and has. been the cause of a widesjiread search, returned to her home at Raetihi before ,midnight last evening. So far no intelligible explanation has been given by her of where she has been. The police file in connection with the search is a very extensive one and weighs several pounds. A very diligent search has been in progress for the missing girl, whose disappearance had created a mystery. When last seen previously she was making purchases at several shops.
