FOXTON FLOWER SHOW

(From Our Own Correspondent.) FOXTON, Sept. 13.

After having been in recess for the past two years the Eoxton Horticultural Society staged an excellent spring show in the Town Hal! yesterday. Mr J. Linklnter. M.P., was to have opened the exhibition, but telegraphed regretting his inability to bo present and Mr Al. E. Perrcau (Mayor) officiated Mr Perrcau congratulated the members an the resuscitation of the society and said he felt sure that it would not be long betore the society was staging even bigger and better shows titan it did sonio years ago. The society was successful in having at its head an energetic president in Captain Middleton, andho hoped that residents would express ap preciation of the fact. The prize list was as follows: BULBS.
