BENEFIT TO DOMINIONS.
SUGAR REGULATION SCHEME Received September 13, 10.15 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 12. It is understood that the sugar stabilisation scheme which was submitted to the Colonies is likely to be adopted throughout the Empire, benefiting the Dominions not only by higher prices but also by reciprocal trade agreements. Britain will not accept other proposals as the basis of a proposed world conference in which maximum exports quotas will lie fixed.
