MEDICAL FEES
DOCTOR GIVEN JUDGMENT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 12. Judgment for >£265 13s medical fees, was given Dr Harry Edward Gibbs by the Chief Justice in the Supreme Court to-day against Edith Sophia Galbraith and Albert Alexander Wylie, trustees and executors in the estate of the late George Glover. The claim, the full amount of which was £283 18s, was in respect of attendances upon Glover between J uly 1928 and August 1932.
The defence admitted that a reasonable sum was duo to plaintiff, but considered the claim excessive.
