DEATH BY DROWNING
TAURANGA YACHTSMAN. TAURANGA, Sept. 10. A cable message which has been received from England reports the accidental drowning on September 6 of Mr Francis Harry Lysaglit, aged 25, second son of Mrs and the late Mr H. T. Lysaglit, of Mount Maunganui. Mr Lysaglit was a well-known local yachting enthusiast and with his sister Albina lie owned the mullet boat Daphne. Born at Normanby, Hawke’s Bay, he was educated at Croydon School, Day’s Bay, Wellington, the Taurunga High School, and the New Plymouth High School. Air Lysaglit studied surveying under Air R. T. Paulding, of Tauranga, and left for England in 1933, where he had since been yachting round the English coast. He visited France last year.
