CORONER’S INQUIRIES.

Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, Aug 26. An inquest was held b.v the Coroner (Air Alorgan) this morning on the body of Charles Tate, aged 70, of Aladras Street, Christchurch, who was found dead in the bush near Otira. A verdict was returned that death was due to pneumonia hastened by a weak heart and exposure to the cold. At the inquest on William Alahoney, aged 63. a verdict that death was due to injuries received when he fell from steps leading to his ,hut at ltewanui on July 22, was returned.
