NEW CABINET FORMED. Received June 25, 11.50 a.m. BELGRADE, June 24. In order to pave the way for a Democratic regime, M. Stojadinovitch, former Minister of Finance, has formed a Cabinet of which lie will be the Premier and Foreign Minister.
