FOXTON HARBOUR

MEETING OF BOARD. At the Foxton Harbour Board meeting yesterday, Mr J. Linklater, M.P., presiding, it was decided that the local committee report on the condition of the board’s launch. The same committee was given authority to proceed with the repairing of certain beacons and the erection of new ones. The Public Trustee forwarded 52 debentures for execution in connection with the board’s loan conversion scheme. It was reported that the total cost of the conversion was £l7 3s 3d.
