FORMER HUSBAND OF PRINCESS
PARIS, March 11. Despite his shabby clothes and two days’ growth of. beard, a French journalist m a Luxembourg cafe recognised Alexander Zoubkoff, who jumped into fame a few years ago by marrying Princess Victoria of Hohenzollern. He is now working as a luggage porter. He said: “I once spent £15,000 a year here, and used to give £3 tips. Now I can hardly wait for Fridays, when the theatrical companies move, to help with their luggage. I manage to get only one meal a day. lam unable to get a permit to live in France, Germany, Belgium, or Italy. They all politely tell me to go somewhere else.”
