LONDON’S FAREWELL. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received February 12, 2.4 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 11 Three thousand Salvationists fareivellcd General Evangeline Booth at tho Central Hall, Westminster, before her start for Australia, crying, “We want you here.” General Booth replied that she was sorry to leave England, “but I hold an international office.” She added that during her three months in Britain sho had addressed -5.000,000 persons in eleven centres. “"When in Manchester I met a woman of 89, reputed to be the oldest Salvationist, who nursed me when I was nine months’ old. She told me I was a little kicking darling,” added General Booth amid laughter.
