GRANTS FOR RELIEF.
REFUNDS TO LOCAL BOARDS. WELLINGTON, Jan. 17. Notification has been forwarded to hospital boards in a communication from the Minister of H ea ßh (Hon. J. A. Young) that the Unemployment Board will refund to hospital boards such relief money as may be granted to dependants only of unemployed who have, for various reasons, been rendered ineligible tor further relief pay. The grants will be subject to the relief being sanctioned by the certifying officer.
