GLEN OROUA.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) GLEN OROUA, Nov. 28. A tennis match between the Glen Orcua and Taikorea Clubs was played at Glen Oroua recently. The weather was beautifully line and an enjoyable time was spent by all. Afternoon tea was provided by the local ladies and the visitors were welcomed by the club captain, Mr R. Prebble. Mr A. Burmeister returned thanks on behalf of the Taikorea players. The following are the detailed scores, the visitors being first mentioned in each case. —Men’s singles: J. C. Ward beat C. G.
