LOAN BY ITALY.
TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYAIENT. ROAIE, Nov. 19. The Government is launching a £34,500,000 loan, owing to the adverse balance of trade, for expenditure on public works to assist unemployment. A drain of £2,000,000 on the gold reserve each month has been resulting from the adverse balance.
