PEACE CONFERENCE
BELLIGERENT AMERICAN STATES PROPOSAL BEFORE LEAGUE. SERIES OF RECOMMENDATIONS. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 20, 8.45 a.m. GENEVA, Nov. 19. The League Assembly on Tuesday will consider the committee’s recommendations that the hostilities between Bolivia and Paraguay shall cease, that a neutral zone 62 miles wide be created, and that a committee of six see that these recommendations are enforced.
Tho committee also recommends that a peace conference be opened at Buenos Aires and, if unsuccessful in two months, that the dispute go to The Hague Court. It is also recommended that an advisory committee of 23 be created at Geneva.
