BAN ON REPORTS
LONDON. Nov. 10,
The Berlin correspondent of the News-Chronicle says that coinciding with Bishop Mueller’s new announcement that he had no intention of resigning, Herr Frick, Minister of the Interior, has issued a decree forbidding all reference to Church matters in the lay Press or in leaflets.
