PROTEST TO PERSIA
WASHINGTON, Nov. 9
In a sharply-worded Note the United states to-day protested against Persia’s reported discourtesy to AVright and Polando during the Centenary Air Race. “The lack of consideration shown to these fliers under the exceptionally difficult circumstances in which they were placed has made a most unfavourable impression in United States,” states the Note.
