THE CHAAIPIONSHIP AWARDS.

HAAIILTON, Nov. 12. The AVaikato Summer Show concluded at Claudelands on Saturday in glorious weather before the best attendance for a number of years. The gate takings were £398 as compared with £319 last year and in excess of tlie takings for several years past. Throughout the entries in practically all sections were a record.

A feature of Saturday’s programme was the Dominion jumping competition, won by H. Scales’s Clinker, Airs T. L. Ranstead’s Toby being runnerup. The championship awards resulted as follow: CATTLE. Jersey cow: W. H. Alear’s Noble’s Choice; reserve, A. Aloreland and Son’s Beechlands Fairy Sunray. Ayrshire cow: P. Bremner’s White Primrose; reserve, C. Bailey’s Bonny Glen Rosemary. Jersey yearling heifer: A. Aloreland and Son’s Beechlands Double Flag; reserve, AV. Thomson’s Faskin Peg o’ My Heart. Ayrshire bull: C. Bailey’s Ardgowan King Fame: reserve, P.
