A YEAR HENCE
THE GENERAL ELECTION
Per Press Association
DANNEVIRKE, Nov. 12. Asked whether he could state when the general election was likely to take place, Hon. E. A. Ransom (Minister of Lands) said that, although the question had been talked about individually by Ministers, it had never been officially discussed by Cabinet. “There is no justification for the statement that the election will follow the short session in February,” he said. Air Ransom was of the opinion that Parliament would run its full course and that the election would take place about the usual time next year, probably in November.
