FREEDOM GRANTED.
AMNESTY IN ITALY,
Received November 10, 1 p.m. ROME, Nov. 9. As a result of the amnesty, granted in September 10,688 criminals and 94 political prisoners have been released.
In September the King of Italy marked the birth of a daughter to' the Crown Princess of Italy by extending a general amnesty, excepting (it was stated) to political prisoners.
