WELLINGTON, Nov. 10. Prices of live poultry in the Wellington markets this week are as follow:—Fowls: White Leghorns, hens, 2s to 2s 6d each; cockerels, Is 6d to 2s; pullets, 3s. Black Orpingtons: Hens, heavy, 3s 6d to 4s each; medium, 2s 3d to 2s 9d; cockerels, heavy, 3s to 3s 6d; medium, 2s to 2s 6d. Ducks: Indian Runner, young, 3s to 3s 3d each; old, 2s 3d to 2s 6d; white, heavy, 4s to 4s 3d. Geese, 4s to 5s each. Turkeys, 9d to lOd per lb.

GRAIN AND PRODUCE.

THE LONDON MARKET,

LONDON, Nov. 8. Wheat cargoes are steadier and parcels are firm and dearer. Futures. —London-December, 20s 6d; February, 21s lOd; April, 22s 4d per quarter. Liverpool: December, ssljjd; March, 5s s£d; May, 5s 6}d per cental. The spot trade is fairly active, with a firmer tendency. Australian, ex ship, 26s 6d.

Flour is in fair demand. Australian, ex store, 20s to 20s 3d. Oats are steadier, and peas and beans are unchanged.

PRICES AT MELBOURNE.

MELBOURNE. Nov. 9. Wheat is 2s B§d per bushel. Flour is £7 10s; bran £4 15s, and pollard £5 per ton. Oats are 2s Id, barley (English) 2s lOd to 3s 2d, and maize 3s 7d per bushel. Potatoes. —Red soils, £5 to £5 10s; Grey soils, £4 to £4 10s. Onions, £5 to £5 10s.
