Resolution, and that the By-laws set out in such Resolution be made and that the short title thereto shall be, ‘The Palmerston North By-law No. The said amendments, repeals and By-laws relate to: (a) The parking of motor vehicles, (b) Carriage of goods on bicycles. , (c) Processions. (d) Placing circulars in cars. (e) Placards. (f) Sunday Games. (g) Sale of Milk. (h) Sale and Manufacture of Ice Cream and Ices. (i) Sweeping of Footpaths. (j) Bathing at Watershed Reserve, (k) Conduct in Reserves. (1) License fees for vehicles. (m) Licensing of vehicles carrying goods for hire. A Copy of such amendments, repeals and By-laws is deposited at the Office of the Town Clerk, the Council Chambers, The Square, Palmerston North, and will be open to the inspection of the Public during office hours from Ist Novembei, 1934, to 15th November, 1934 (inclusive.)
