BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS. SUSPENSION NOT PROPOSED. AN AGREEMENT SUGGESTED. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 10, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 9. Although the British Government denies specifically proposing a suspension of meat shipments, it is admitted that the idea arose after a discussion with the Dominion representatives here. After this, suggestions for a mutual agreement, not proposals, were submitted to Australia.
