At a general committee meeting of Horowhenua A. and P. Association this week the president, Mr H. J. Lancaster, made feeling reference to the passing of the late Mr D. J. McLean. He said that the association had lost one of its valued members and ex-committeemen. During his term of office the late Mr McLean did a great deal of good work for the association and had always taken a keen interest in its affairs.
