Plank (t-e preventative of the Post and Telegraph Department, who is to lie permanent chairman), H. McKenzie Millar (representative of the Public Works Department), A. Gibbs (representative 01 the Broadcasting Board), and G. Lauchlan (representative of the electrical supply authorities and electric tramway promoters).
