PLUNKET SHIELD RULES.
NOT TO BE ALTERED.
CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 8. A decision not to alter the rules of the Plunket Shield matches this season was reached by the New- Zealand Cricket Council at its annual meeting. Home and away Plunket Shield matches and a North-South match were also suggested by Air P. B- Broad (Wellington), but no decision was made, and there will be a further discussion by delegates at a conference of major associations to-morrow. -
