VICTORIAN TOURISTS.

VISIT TO DOMINION. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 7. A party of 13 residents of Mildura, the centre of a large citrus slid vinegrowing area in Victoria, Australia, arrived at Auckland to-day on a sightseeing tour of New Zealand. The tour has Seen arranged by. the New Zealand Government Tourist Department, and its objects will include giving the visiting producers an opportunity ot studying one of their principal markets, and, secondly, the development of relations to cement friendship and goodwill between Australia and New Zealand. Accompanied by Mr R. V . Marshall, district manager of the Tourist Department’s Wellington office, the party will leave to-morrow for Waitomo Caves, proceeding the following day to Rotorua On Sunday the members will travel to Wairakei, and after inspecting the sights there will leave for the Chateau. On Tuesday the visitors will continue their journey to Wanganui and Wellington, leaving the following afternoon for the South Island. They will return to Wellington on November 22 and sail the same day by the Wanganella for Australia.
