BUSINESS GIRLS’ CLUB.
OPTIAIISTS ENTERTAINED. Airs AI. 11. Oram presided at the luncheon of the Business Girls’ Club to-day when the Optimists’ Club were the guests, a very large gathering being present. Airs Oram welcomed the visitors, who were paying a return call, and on behalf of the Optimists Air G. Cameron, their president, returned thanks. An enjoyable musical programme was contributed by Miss D. Stairs, and Aliss M. Penketli (songs), Miss It. Purton (pianoforte), and community singing was conducted by Air J. B. Smillie. »
Visitors also welcomed were Misses I. Halle t, ; M. Oram and Cunninghame (Dannevirke).
