NEW ZEALANDER BEATEN. Received May 24, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, May 23. In the Surrey tennis championships the Japanese, Nishimura, reached the semi-final, beating the New Zealander, M. A. Young, in straight sets after a hard fight.
